For December, Pickup Days are held every Thursday and Saturday. All products are available for order at any time, and you can select your preferred pickup date when making a purchase.

However, please note that orders for Santa Barbara Uni and Osetra Caviar close one week before the pickup date, so please plan accordingly.

All other frozen products and single home-made menu items can be ordered at any time. Thank you for your understanding!

Q&A Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pick up my order after payment?

When paying for your order, please select your desired pickup date and location. Morakmorak Market has 6 pickup locations: Little Tokyo, LA Koreatown, Buena Park OC, Fullerton OC, Cypress OC, and Anaheim OC. We will announce the detailed pickup location on Instagram Story on the pickup day. Please be sure to arrive on time :)!

No delivery service, only pickup available?

Currently, Morak Morak Market does not provide delivery services, but is preparing to introduce delivery services within the United States in the future. Details regarding this will be announced on Instagram and the website. We ask for your interest and understanding.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Frozen food cannot be cancelled or refunded because it is difficult to maintain freshness after shipment. However, if there is a problem with the product, we will refund 100% at any time. Morakmorak Market ships products after thorough inspection, so you can purchase with confidence. Please choose carefully before ordering :)!

Can I add an additional order to my pre-order and pick it up on the same day?

Yes, you can! You can pay for additional orders at any time on the website. However, you must complete payment at least one day before the pickup date (because we start preparing for shipment on the morning of the pickup date). Even if you split your order, we will confirm the buyer's name and prepare them together, so you can buy with confidence. If the payment window is closed and you are unable to make an additional purchase, please contact us via Instagram DM and we will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my same-day pickup if the pickup time is late or due to unavoidable circumstances?

If you are late for the pickup time or need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us via Instagram DM and we will help you at a possible date/time. However, we recommend that you pick up as soon as possible to maintain the quality and taste of frozen food.
